According to reports, it is now possible to match the status into the Star Alliance, if one has the status of other alliances or companies.

If we are to believe the reports from the website  Statusmatcher.com, it is now possible to match into the Star Alliance, if you have the status of companies of other alliances.

This opportunity has now presented itself in connection with Copa Airlines has launched its own loyalty program “Connect Miles” where they now choose to match up clients with the status of other companies.

That is, if you have a status short of another airline, you may very likely get the status of Copa Airlines, a member of the Star Alliance.
