Finnair has an aggressive move eastward and hit the SAS both in terms of number of lines and planes in the fleet. Right now it’s very good prices out there in both Business Class and Economy Class. Finnair currently flies with seven Airbus A340-300s and eight A330-300s in its fleet and will soon become the first European airline to fly with the new silent Airbus A350 XWB with significantly lower fuel consumption. Bangkok, Hong Kong and Singapore will be operated with a mixture of A350 and A330. Their new Business Class looks to be very similar to that SAS offers.
